  • Why is there a 5% bank transfer charge?
    This covers transaction and processing fees charged by our payment service provider.
  • How do I know if my credit card payment was successful?
    You will receive an instant confirmation email and payment receipt once the transaction is complete.
  • What if my transaction fails?
    Please contact us immediately so we can assist or offer an alternative payment option.

 

2. Direct Wire Transfer

Account details will be provided upon request.
Please note:

  • All bank charges are to be borne by the client.
  • Ensure that the beneficiary account name is clearly indicated in the transfer copy.
  • Bank transfers may take a minimum of 5 business days to reflect.

  • How do I make a wire transfer?
    Transfers can be made via your online banking platform or at your local bank branch.
  • What are the bank charges?
    Charges vary by bank; please confirm with your financial institution.
  • What happens after I make the transfer?
    Send us the proof of payment to expedite confirmation of your booking.
Booking & Payment Policy
  • A 20% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment (or 50% minimum) is required at the time of booking.
Flexible Cancellation and Reduction in Number Policy
  • 20% deposit – non-refundable at the time of booking
  • 60–35 days before travel – 30% of the total cost will be charged
  • 34–15 days before travel – 50% of the total cost will be charged
  • 14 days or less / No show – 100% of the total cost will be charged

Within 60 days prior to departure, cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any third-party fees (hotels, airlines, etc.) over and above your land arrangements.

Please note:

  • No partial refunds for unused services (e.g., meals, transfers, or accommodation).
  • Inclusive Holidays Africa reserves the right to adjust tour prices in the event of cost increases due to airfares, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, taxes, or park fees.
  • Tour itineraries may be altered without prior notice if necessary.

Inclusive Holidays Africa is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for travel (e.g., visa fees, vaccinations, insurance, or additional travel arrangements).
