Most bookings require a deposit to secure reservations, with the balance due before travel. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by tour and supplier — check the tour’s Terms or your confirmation email..
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and requested change. We’ll check availability and any supplier fees. Changes made close to departure may incur additional charges.
Cancellation terms vary by tour and supplier. Standard policies include a sliding scale based on how far in advance you cancel (e.g., full refund minus admin fee if cancelled 30+ days before departure). Exact terms are in your booking confirmation.
Contact us immediately. If you purchased travel insurance (strongly recommended), submit a claim. We’ll assist with supplier refunds or credits, but refunds depend on supplier rules.

Yes — tell us your dietary needs when booking (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) and we’ll pass them to lodges and operators. Some remote locations may have limited options; we’ll advise beforehand.
