The hotel was named ‘The Three Boutique Hotel’ for being Number Three Flower Street, and for the three iconic Cape Town views best seen from the roof terrace; Table Mountain, Lions Head and Devil’s Peak. The hotel is known as a National monument as it was once occupied by the Commandant of the Castle General Robert J. Gordon, who commanded the Dutch forces in South Africa.
