Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by representatives from Inclusive Holidays Africa, who will welcome you to Rwanda. From there, we will travel via King’s Palace and Butare Museum to Kamembe, where you will stay for three nights at Emeraude Kivu Resort. This charming resort is situated atop a hill overlooking Lake Kivu and serves as your base for exploring Rwanda’s stunning Nyungwe Forest National Park, renowned for its diverse primate population, including chimpanzees. Your stay includes one chimpanzee trek and one canopy walk in the park. The accommodation features just eight en-suite rooms, each equipped with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake.

You will be transported to Lake Kivu for a two-night stay at Cormoran Lodge, nestled on the shores of this picturesque lake with its turquoise blue waters. The lodge features only seven wooden cabins, each boasting a private balcony that offers views of the lake and its islands. From the VIP cabin, you can even glimpse the Nyiragongo volcano across the border in Congo. The lodge amenities include a lounge, restaurant, and bar with a terrace that provides a panoramic view of the surroundings.

Today, you will be transported to Parc National des Volcans for a three-night stay at Five Volcanoes Boutique Resort. The resort offers 11 rooms and two-family cottages, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, beautiful gardens with hammocks, and a massage hut. Conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive from the national park headquarters, the resort provides easy access to the park's activities. The following morning, you will embark on a trek to observe mountain gorillas. Although the trek can be challenging due to its length and terrain, the unforgettable hour spent observing gorillas as they feed, play, and interact will create lasting memories. Additionally, during your stay, you will enjoy a guided trek to encounter endangered golden monkeys.
